- Season is from December 01 through April 30.
- Balance is due 60 days before arrival
- $1000 down at the signing of the contract
Rental Price
- December 01 - April 30.. $4000/month ($125 cleaning and registration fee)
- May 01 - Novermber 30.. $2800/month ($125 cleaning and registration fee )
Cancellation Policy
- Full refund if the reservation is canceled 60 days before arrival, except for the registration fee.
- If you cancel after 60 days, 85% refund if we find another tenant.
